    Ended up waking about 15minutes into the nap, because a friend of my room-mate came by. It's weird, I've always been a semi-deep sleeper, but during these naps I'm a fairly light sleeper. It's hard to explain, but I hope it keeps up. PSA:

    Waking up initially still feels difficult, but once I'm up, I notice a significant change in energy level. I like almost always feeling like it's the beginning of a great new day, as opposed to hoping for the end of the day so I can get some rest.
