This nap was weird. I again used the method of envisioning a dream while trying to get to sleep, which helped me drift off quicker. However, in addition to that, I woke up BEFORE my alarm went off, and I felt like it was one of the most refreshing naps I've had yet. It seemed like the nap lasted longer than 20minutes (I actually worried that I had overslept again!). Not saying that it was perfect or anything, but it sure as hell felt good to wake up and be less tired. Right now I'm in a super-good mood, and I hope it continues :) PSA Time:
