Day6 (Nap1-2) :(

5:04 AM
K, so I accidently slept from nap 1 (1am-1:30) past nap2 (3:30am-4), to ~5:00am. Fairly disappointing, given that I know I must've woken up at some points and "decided' that it would be a good idea to go back to sleep. The worst part is that I don't even feel all that rested! And, my back hurts. Thankfully, as well as interestingly, I did only oversleep by ~3hrs total. Multiple people, primarily Puredoxyk, have mentioned that 3hrs is about the max oversleep that they experience, so I'm not overly concerned. I would like to note though, that "not overly concerned" does not mean I don't care. I still care quite a bit, especially since I am having to write in a groggy haze of oversleep now. Haha, as show of just how disoriented I was upon waking up, I had thoughts for about 5minutes about either completely changing my schedule, or just ending the experiment (neither of these options will be pursued). I am not changing anything. My body will simply have to adapt, given the situation. It's Thursday, which is the last day of classes for me. That means I can be much more strict about my scheduling, as well as lazier to facilitate napping properly. PSA time:
