Day4 (nap1)

This nap was supposed to be from 12:30-1am. I could not get to sleep for that period of time, and in a sleepy haze ended up extending the nap period to 1:00-1:45ish. With that, I finally was able to fall asleep (something I haven't been able to do very easily all of Day3). I am not moving my naps around due to this extra napping, because from what I've seen, other people have added multiple naps during adaptation and suffered no serious consequences. Plus, I do have a test today that I should be as cognizant as possible for. Obligatory PSA:
