Day3 (nap7)

Ok, so this was my last nap of Day3. Nothing spectacular of course; I'm making it though, though. As I said earlier, I'm not going to be fooled by any signs of progress that I see early on. Even if it looks like I "might be close," I know that such thinking would just be trickery. In the fast-paced society that we live in, things (even radical lifesytle changes) are expected to happen quickly. Well, I learned my lesson about this experiment a few months ago when I tried for the first time. It is not fast, it is not easy, and it is not fun. At least, not during adaptation. Post-adaptation, everything is supposed to get tons better, but having not yet reached that point, I have no way to confirm that. What I can say is that, despite not getting some naps, feeling pretty bad, and not being a very happy camper, I'm still alive and willing to continue on this path. So, on a lighter note, PSA time:

Now, I'm going for a walk, and then I'll study for a Marketing Research test that I have tomorrow. Oddly enough, with this schedule I can't see myself not studying due to time constraints.
