Day3 (nap5)

Going off of hand-written notes here. I am being somewhat forced to adapt more correctly, and follow the 20min.nap schedule, because of the way my classes are arranged. This is a GOOD thing! I had wanted to modify the schedule so that I would gradually get closer to the "correct" Uberman schedule anyway, I just hadn't thought that classes might actually help with this. I am feeling pretty good right now. Also, I have noticed only a slight increase in consumption of food over the slight duration of the experiment. Before I get people suggesting that I watch what I eat, I'll give a brief synopsis of my eating habits:
  1. I'm a lacto(cheese)-pescatarian(fish) vegetarian --> This means I do NOT eat meat (maybe a little chicken once every 4-6months)
  2. I'm not a "typical" college vegetarian. I don't use the title "vegetarian" to allow myself to indulge in twinkies, french fries, or other fried/unhealthy foods. Does this mean that I eat perfectly? No, but I sure as he11 try.
  3. I also practice moderate calorie restriction.
    • It's moderate, because I don't measure each and every thing, but I am 5'11'' and weigh        ~140-150lbs on any given day (It varies easily due to water weight)
I can only hope that this will stop a flood of messages about how I should "be careful about overeating."
Class was extremely boring, and caused a fair amount of sleepiness, but as the nap6 log will show, I am learning to deal with problems. PSA time (going off of what I recall from earlier)
