Day2 (nap2-4)Mess-up

10:42 AM
Okay, so I went to sleep for my 3:30am-4am nap and… ended up sleeping until ~10:00. That means that I got roughly 6.5hrs of sleep that I wasn't supposed to. Effectively, that puts me back at square1 in terms of success. I think you can probably guess what the "adherence to schedule" section of the analysis is going to be now. Regardless of this issue, I have learned something, or at least reinforced it: I NEED multiple alarms for this to work! To that end, I downloaded Clocx, which is a handy desktop clock with customizable features and the ability to add LOTs of alarms for it to ring (you can even put in .mp3 files as alarms). With it, my iTouch, and my phone I shouldn't mess up again. If I do, I'll just try switching to an everyman+3 schedule or something like that. State Analysis:
Psychological States ( 1=low --> 5=high)
Feeling of "Tiredness" | 2 |
Hunger | 1 |
Clarity of thoughts | 3 |
Willingness to exercise | 2 |
Willingness to write | 3 |
Memory recall ability | 4 |
Awareness of surroundings | 3 |
Feelings of anxiety | 1 |
Calmness | 3 |
Frequency of odd thoughts | 1 |
Errors of mind/typing | 2 |
Schedule Adherence | 1 |
Productivity | 2 |
Pretty bad results, but it was kind of inevitable, given this huge error. Sorta sucks to think that I basically wasted day1. Oh well.
