Ahh, sweet, glorious slumber :) It was quieter around the apartment by 3:30am today… imagine that, college students actually do effing sleep (eventually). With that said, I still have many naps to catch up in sleep to what I really want. Because, as noted, I've skipped a couple of naps in the past 24hrs, and haven't really had much opportunity to recover from those choices. Luckily though, This past nap was good. In fact, I think I'm going to finish this post and then soon take another nap (around 5am-5:20), just because there's no reason not to. I'll do some light exercise beforehand, but I see no long-term problems with catching up on the rem-sleep that I truly do need from yesterday. And since right now seems to be a good quiet time, I am going to take advantage of it (soon). PSA:
