Haha, ok so this was pretty ironic. When I laid down to take this nap I wasn't sure what to expect. What I ended up experiencing was AMAZING. I fell asleep very quickly, and slipped into a dream. It wasn't just a dream-state, or anything like that; it was a full-blown dream, which means… REM sleep!!! Ok, so I ended up finishing that dream (probably in ~7minutes, which felt like hours) only to briefly wake up, fall back asleep, and… Another dream! This was totally unexpected, and I don’t even remember the dreams, but it was awesome nonetheless. Definitely seems like my body is saying "uberman is better than everyman!" PSA:

I was dumb and decided to try for 3 dreams, after my alarm went off, so I reset it for ~15minutes. This just led to slight drowsiness, and obviously not following schedule correctly.
Also---> I LOVE how, while following uberman scheduling, waking up is a pain in the ass, but after waking up I quickly become more energetic until about 30min before the next nap. It's like the nap is revving up my body's engine as opposed to just charging a battery and hoping it doesn't die out too quickly.
