    Nap1 ended w/ a level of distress that I'm noticing all too frequently these past few days. I am extremely tired still, and I believe I will switch to "everyman" and simply do a core sleep from midnight-3:30 or so. Actually, I have a better idea. I already have a nap from 12:30am-1am, so I'll continue that one. Following that nap however, at 2:00am, I will begin a 3hr core-nap. This means that I will then be getting up at 5am, which is fine by me. That will allow plenty of "awake" time still, and then I'll keep Naps(4,6, and maybe 7). That would be ~4hrs of sleep every day (3hrs core + 3x(20min. Naps). I think that should be reasonable, but I'll test it out here soon and see if it's really viable. PSA:
